1. Pick a side. Choose RED or BLUE. Each Team owns a different Product and Backlog.
2. Fund that Team's Ticket. A Ticket has one Team before payment. Sponsor shipped-but-unfunded work only when its sponsorship rail is configured.
3. Watch the ledger. Net Contribution decides the Season only after its policy and evidence exist. Tips and Opening Float do not count toward the score.
