Fixed-price public outcome

A Ticket price is published as a public outcome, not token reimbursement: Build Tier + Infra Stamps + Risk / Recall Reserve. Infra is priced before it is provisioned.

Build Tier defines the outcome scope. Infra Stamps cover named resource, policy, or provider changes. The reserve stays distinct from revenue and wallet balance. A funded scope amendment is recorded before it changes the funded outcome.

How it works

Every listed Ticket is already assigned to BLUE before its x402 payment route is shown. GET the route for a machine-readable 402 challenge; a settled payment becomes Ticket Revenue / Sponsorship for that Team. Gross revenue, wallet balance, and Net Contribution Score remain separate ledger fields.
